On today’s show we are diving deep into self-esteem and exploring the most important relationship, the one with ourselves. My guest is Stefanie Stahl, a bestselling author who is published in over 29 countries and one of the most popular psychologists and trusted experts in Germany. She has sold over two million copies of her book, The Child in You and has been number one on the bestseller list for over four years. Stefanie advocates for everyone to develop their self-awareness and perception as she believes it is the most powerful tool in improving relationships in your life. In this episode, we discuss why self esteem is the epicentre of all our mental health problems, why we all have a basic need for attachment as well as autonomy and how the traumas that we experience in childhood (however big or small) unconsciously shape and determine our entire approach to life as adults.
