On the podcast this week I am speaking with the world renowned scientist and author, Bruce Lipton. Bruce is 78 years old and over his career has challenged the way the world understands the relationship between the mind, body and genetics. In the sixties, he discovered that genes were influenced by the outside environment. He noticed that genes behaved differently depending on what was happening around them. Up until then, it was thought that genes were destiny. This phenomena became known as epigenetics and Bruce has been one of the pioneering researchers and educators in this field for nearly 50 years.
