The Week Ahead – 17 June 2022

In this episode of our Week Ahead series, we’ll be looking at the main themes that will drive global markets over the coming week. In the US we have Chair Powell’s testimony, flash PMIs and many other Fed speakers. In Europe we have collapsing gas flows to consider and the extreme moves in EGBs, UK CPI and German PPI, lots of survey data and BOE speakers too. We then have Japanese and Canadian CPI, the Bank Indonesia, the situation in China and the current state of global markets all to discuss.
