96. Preparing to Learn

In this episode, I reference a book I read some time ago that has continued to have an effect on my life - Limitless by Jim Kwik.   In this book, Kwik shares strategies around how to learn faster and unlock an excpetional life.   One of Kwik's concepts that I resonated with was the topic of 'preparing our mind to learn'. I am sharing what this concept entails and how I have been using it in my life.   Today's challenge: How can you take the three questions shared in this episode and apply them to what you are learning?
