The dangers of bonfires at Halloween!

Halloween is upon us and many of you will be on trick-or-treating duties this evening. Emergency services are gearing up for their busiest night of the year, as anti-social behaviour is expected to spike.  Our reporter, Josh Crosbie has been meeting with those living and working in communities dealing with illegal Halloween preparation.
