Aoife Johnston inquest: Irish Patients Association react to verdict
Following four days of harrowing evidence at Aoife Johnston’s inquest, the Limerick Coroner, John McNamara, returned a verdict of medical misadventure in her death from meningitis after she contracted sepsis.
