She also offers other e-learning if you prefer to learn on the go, including an online community for women who want to strengthen their relationship.  A mother of two young children and owner of Integrated Wellness, a mental health clinic in Ottawa Ontario, she understands what it means to juggle the full load of being a mother and a professional woman.
