#49: a16z invests $350m into Flow, Adam Neumann's newest startup that will be entering the Multifamily space

It's an exciting time to be in Multifamily, and I'm especially excited about what is happening in the PropTech space. Yesterday A16z announced that they cut their biggest single check ever: $350 which they've invested into Flow, Adam Neumann's newest startup. He's acquired 3,000 apartment units and plans to operate them using the Flow model.
