In this episode, Micheline Maalouf and Nadia Adessi discuss trauma and answer the following questions:  What is considered trauma?  What is the ACES study, and what does it mean if you have experienced what we consider adverse childhood experiences? How does experiencing one or more ACEs impact my mental and physical health outcomes?  What resilience factors can help you offset the impacts of traumatic experiences?  And finally, we provide you with some tools and resources to help you start to heal.
