015: Dear White People

We all have a job on this Earth - to support, uplift and be there for people of color, specifically the Black community, who historically face issues in their day-to-day lives due to the color of their skin.  Systemic racism is a real problem and throughout the events of last year, more people have woken-up to the fact that white privilege exists. It’s not a them-problem, it’s an issue for all of us.
