PAUSE… Take a deep breath and allow yourself to become fully present in this moment.  Let go of any distractions or worries that may be pulling at your attention.  PAUSE… Focus on the sensation of your breath as it flows in and out of your body.  Feel yourself becoming more centered and grounded with each breath you take.  Allow yourself to fully embrace this moment of stillness and tranquility. PAUSE… Despite the chaos that surrounds you, there is a place of calm within you that you can always access.  It is a space of stillness,  A place where you can find refuge and peace.  PAUSE… In this place, there is no noise, no confusion, and no fear. PAUSE… Take another deep breath and allow yourself to sink even deeper into this space of stillness.  Feel the peace and serenity that surrounds you.  PAUSE… It is in this place that you will find the answers you seek,  The strength to carry on,  And the courage to face whatever challenges may come your way. PAUSE… As you stay in this place of stillness, allow yourself to fully let go of the chaos outside of you.  Allow your mind to be at rest,  And your body to be at ease.  LONG PAUSE… Feel the peace that comes from being present in this moment,  Fully immersed in the calm of your being. LONG PAUSE… As you prepare to leave this space of stillness and return to the chaos of life, take with you the peace and serenity that you have tapped into here with me now.  Know that you can always return to this place of stillness whenever you need it. It is always within you, waiting for you to access it. PAUSE… So take a deep breath,  Open your eyes, and know that you are capable of finding stillness in the midst of chaos.  PAUSE… You are strong, resilient, and capable of facing whatever comes your way.  May you carry the peace and calm of this moment with you as you move through your day.
