Before joining Sterling in 2017, she served as a Consultant at Kinder Morgan, working on pipeline integrity. Her experience also includes a 3-year stint in education as Teach for America teacher in Houston ISD. Ms. Mayes is a graduate of our Professional MBA program in the Class of 2016.
