Please welcome Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, Colleen Konetzke! Colleen talks on her humble beginnings doing 2-a-days in the pool at the age of 12. She later competed for A&M and at the Olympic level and landed in the competitive pool of consulting. Now working for Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant, Colleen and a few co-workers quickly started a non-profit "Feed the Front Line" (ftfl.org) and have been "moving fast and breaking things" during the pandemic.
