Nancy talks on sparking difficult dialogues, helping first-generation students, goats, and swing-sets. Dr. Nancy Hutchins is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Mays Business School. Nancy earned her Master’s degree in education and her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the College of Education and Human Development at Texas A&M, where after graduating, she continued to serve as the Director for the Office of Organization Development and Diversity Initiatives. As a trained mediator and dialogue facilitator, she works with the Center for Change and Conflict Resolution to support individuals and organizations in the areas of effective communication, strategic conflict engagement, change management, diversity, inclusion, and workplace climate.
