Today we welcome Olympian Andreas Vazaios. Andreas has represented Greece in the London 2012 & Rio 2016 Olympics & in many other major european & international events. 🌱The growth mindset he has learned to develop, helping him cope with the pressures of competing for & representing his country during the OLY Games 🇬🇷😄The importance for him to have fun when competing🧠 Andreas’ current “mental weaknesses” he is working on which are appreciating the moment more when competing & learning to love himself & his accomplishments📚Balancing the demands of studying & being an OLY athlete🇺🇸His experience of competing in the NCAA🧠His ambitions of wanting to become a sport psychologist
