David Ulrich is a photographer, best-selling author, and educator who has been teaching photography for over forty years in colleges, universities, and workshop centers in the US and internationally. He is currently a professor and co-director of Pacific New Media Foundation in Honolulu, HI. His work has been published in numerous books and journals including Aperture, Mānoa, and Sierra Club publications. His photographs have been in 75 exhibits internationally. He blogs about creativity and consciousness and is a consulting editor and frequent contributor for Parabola magazine.
