And they are feeling that pain because they can't come up with new ideas. Another symptom that is often happening is a reduction in the amount of engagement that they're seeing on both their social media channels and the content that they're putting out there. They're not seeing as many people sign up for their newsletter, they're not seeing as many people link to their articles, to their content. And that's also a symptom that is often happening when organizations are not thinking outside of the box with their content. The final one would just be a reduction in traffic.
