#EP094 - What To Ask A New Agency
Hi everyone and welcome to episode 94 of the Marketing Freaks podcast! In this episode, Jon and Dan go over everything you need to know and ask when you’re looking for a new digital marketing agency to work with. When you go into a sales process as a client you can be bombarded with reasons to work with that particular agency, but it's crucial to think about a few of the following questions before you make the final decision as to whether you want to create a partnership or not. Who is going to be working on your account and will you have direct contact with those people? Not only will this give you a better understanding of who will be in your account day-to-day but it will also give you the confidence to know who to contact with any questions, should you need to. Ideally, when you enter a partnership with an external company, you aim to maintain this relationship for a longer period of time to allow your business to have some consistency and for you to be able to see whether there is progression within the account. So, it’s important to lay everything out on the table from that very first meeting in order to know whether it's going to work for you and your business.
