October is black history month, so in this themed episode Clare Sudbery talks to Charlene Hunter, about providing professional training opportunities that create positive experiences for Black women in the face of discrimination and under-representation. Charlene Hunter is the CEO and Founder of Coding Black Females, a nonprofit organisation to inspire, provide opportunities, and showcase the talents of Black women in tech. She is also the co-founder of Meet Up and Code.
