044: 2020 Mr America Champion - Jay Brew

Joining us for this weeks episode of the Longevity Muscle Podcast is Jay Brew. Jay Started wrestling at the age of 3 and continued all the way through college. In high school he was a two-time state champion. He was a two-time NCAA finalist and two-time All American. Jay is still coaching to this day.
