Lisa Merkle of BoxGreens, a hydroponic farm growing fresh greens that are pesticide & herbicide free, non-GMO and packed with incredible taste and nutrition. Art Friedrich of Urban Oasis Project, an organization whose mission is to make healthy food accessible.
