Jess & Tyson are the founders of Mr Potato, Australia's newest healthy fast food restaurant chain.They open their first location in December 2018 and now already have over 20 stores opening around the country in the next few months.The idea for Mr Potato came to them when Tyson was a professional basketball player and his diet mostly consisted of baked potato. Mr Potato was a hit from the day it opened when they sold out of absolutely everything within a couple of hours.
