Katherine de Kleer and the centrifuge contraption

Katherine starts her day at the local greengrocer, where she meets Jonny, a customer with a curious contraption he's invented. After getting to know each other better, Katherine learns that Jonny is trying to find a way to compost food scraps using an old centrifuge he's found.
