We spoke with Justin, Chief HR Officer for Experian North America. Justin is responsible for leading the talent agenda and HR function for the region. He has driven a focus on “offense & defense” into the region’s talent practices, building improved insight into external and competitor talent, whilst focusing on Experian’s must-keep talent. Regretted attrition has reduced from 17% to 11% since the end of 2015. High performer attrition has reduced to less than 6%.
