If It's Not FUN, I'm Not Doing It

It’s difficult to stay motivated when you’re not enjoying yourself. How can you approach business tasks differently to enjoy them more and get them done more effectively? Can you mix work with play? Remember, every problem has a flip side of opportunity or breakthrough. Build systems around you that allow you to stay in your lane.   Most people would agree that enjoying what you’re doing makes time move faster and your work ethic better. The best way to enjoy what you do, then, is by eliminating the things you don’t like. Delegate to your team- what you don’t love could be their greatest passion and something they’re skilled at. There’s no excuse for not getting things done when your tasks are someone else’s idea of fun.
