Maxine is the Managing Director and founder of Amax Estates which has been successfully trading for over since 2000. She is now ARLA Propertymark President 2021/2. She now specialises in lettings, sales and block management. She is very proud of the achievements her firm has obtained which is demonstrated by the 26 industry awards achieved. Maxine originally started in the industry in 1988 and is a member of Member of NAEA and ARLA, Fellow of IRPM and RICS Associate. In 2005 she studied the Warwick University syllabus and successfully gained qualifications to become a HHSRS Risk Assessor and Domestic Energy Assessor.
