Julie Sutherland : Estée Lauder VP & Commercial Head

Prior to joining Estee Lauder, she spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble in roles spanning Corporate Finance, Brand Management, and Customer Marketing across Canada. Her multifunctional experience has been a key to her success in developing clear roadmaps that take traditional brands from stagnant to significant growth     Julie discusses how she always knew she’d be in business and from a young age was trying to maximize all that she did.
