去年其實我有一段時間,完全吃不下任何東西。只要東西進入我的嘴巴,我就覺得反胃、想吐。 我本來是因為自己想要減肥,所以實施了熱門的168斷食法。也就是一天只會在8個小時內吃東西,其他時間則完全不進食。一個月後我確實瘦了5公斤,但我也開始察覺到身體的異樣。因為太常不進食,就完全喪失對食物的欲望,甚至也感受不到「餓」的情緒。覺察到這個危險的我,轉而求助心理醫生,沒想到心理醫生聽到我對於自己可能患上厭食症的擔憂,只說了「一般厭食症,都是要臨床上瘦到危害健康的狀況,我看你現在還沒有,所以沒什麼問題」 Transcript: https://freshjulie.medium.com/
