When all stakeholders thrive, profits rise. And, in order for stakeholders to thrive, accountability needs to be achieved. However, there is a stark difference between being accountable and simply getting tasks done. Focusing on outcomes rather than accomplishing menial everyday tasks is a key factor in achieving accountability within organizations.
