Yesterday, May 16, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued a full and complete pardon to Daniel Perry, on the recommendation of the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. Perry had been convicted of the murder of AK-47 armed Black Lives Matter protestor Garrett Foster during a 2020 BLM protest in Austin TX.
