In this week's episode I celebrate my beautiful little daughter's 1st Birthday and I go on a trip down memory lane to the night she was born and then the last year which unashamedly has been the best year of my life. I also took about routine and finding a new routine in the wake of a work reshuffle, strange times but we need to find structure through the craziness.
