Episode 33 - Em Bundellu - Life Coaching, Growing Up in a Cult, The Other Side of Mental Health and defining a Successful Life

In this weeks episode I sit down with a friend and the first woman on the poddy! Em Bundellu. Em is a great human being, a life/empowerment coach, a mother, a wife, so many things really but personally and professionally she strives to get the best from herself and everyone she comes in contact with. We discuss a lot in this episode, we get really deep in parts regarding life and the way we attack it, we talk manifestation, what drives her, how she ultimately got to the place she is in today, we talk growing up in (her words) a cult, how she became a life coach and how she goes about it, I ask her what it's like to live with someone who has suffered depression and mental health issues (this was interesting) and her definition of a successful life.
