She is the Founder and Executive Director at The Urban Garden Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to inspire and empower youth to achieve urban sustainability through a gardening based program. She is also the author of Finding Tiger, a children's book that aims to teach students about implicit bias and stereotyping.
