Ep 10 Who went to grooming school you or the client ?

The title says it all really. But are we right to complain when our clients tell us the wrong instructions. When they bring their dogs to us to be groomed? Should we be spending more time with our clients? I feel we should be educating them more and not expecting them to know our jobs BUT it is us who has allowed this to happen. We ask the clients too many questions when in-fact we should be answering more than asking (after all we are the ones who went to grooming school). I think of it like...
