Dr Daron Seukeran is the Group Medical Director at the SK:N Laser Clinics . He is a Consultant Dermatologist in the NHS at the James Cook University Hospital Teesside.Dr Seukeran’s research has been in the area of lasers and acne and was involved in development of national guidelines for photodynamic therapy and Rosacea.As one of the UK’s leading experts in acne scarring, undertakes dermatology and laser surgery. SK:N has grown over 20 years from 7 to over 100 clinics . There has been limited access to laser surgery and one of his main goals was to enable access to laser treatment for patients with rare medical conditions on the NHS. He has put at the centre of SK:N the need for ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for clients and ensuring that the systems for safety are greater than the individual. This was highlighted by the Covid Crisis where as a leader one has to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
