Naga - The Seven Postures of Leadership - EP 44

I'm diving in the Gulf of Thailand off the coast of Cambodia, when I discover something rather unexpected on the walls of a cave... This week, the Naga, the snake-people/dragons from Southeast Asia (and mortal enemy of the Garuda) makes their appearance, and they're not all what they seem! I focus on the naga from Cambodia mythology, and that leads me to the various postures of leadership that are effective in today's work culture that you can take no matter what your formal role. This episode covers six of the seven postures (the first being in last week's episode), and is the second part of a three-part series about leadership.
