In this episode, Helena interviews Line Skovlund Larsen on her thesis “Climate Blame Below The Glaciers - Challenges to climate justice in Peruvian Mountains and German Courts”. Through the very concrete example of a lawsuit by a Peruvian farmer against a German energy company, we discuss how lawsuits can be a tool in the fight for climate justice and how to tackle global issues within the current justice systems.  Line Skovlund Larsen’s thesis is available here : https://lup.lub.lu.se/student-papers/search/publication/8963105      Recorded and edited by: Sebastien Verpoorten Music by: Cole B. @ https://soundcloud.com/colbylight   For more from Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke, Aarhus: https://www.ms.dk/mellemfolk https://www.facebook.com/msaarhus https://www.instagram.com/mellemfolkeligtsamvirke_aarhus/
