Companies like Google, Facebook, IBM and Amazon store their computing infrastructure in properties called Data Centers. These facilities provide, among other things, security and a cool temperature to house one of today's most valuable commodities. REITs are a big player in this space, owning millions of feet of real estate and leasing them to billion-dollar companies.
