Episode 950: February WASDE report shows higher stocks as fertilizer markets eagerly await spring

The US Department of Agriculture released the February World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimate report (WASDE) and while there were no production changes, the report did show that the agency is seeing higher ending stocks for both corn and soybeans.ICIS Senior Editor Mark Milam discusses the report and also the US fertilizer conditions thus far in February, as the domestic market is eagerly awaiting the start of spring 2023.
