I dagens afsnit har jeg fået besøg af forfatter og podcast-mentor Charlotte Heje Haase, der fortæller om et parforhold, der ligger mange år tilbage. Men det viser sig, i løbet af optagelsen, at hun stadig kan blive påvirket af oplevelserne, når hun fortæller om det. Hendes daværende kæreste var meget jaloux og havde behov for kontrol. Han viste en subtil ligegyldighed og indirekte trusler. Efter hver gang blev hændelserne negligeret med humor. Der er særligt fokus på opbyggelse af selvværd i den sidste halvdel af forløbet, samt grænsesætning i nye parforhold, værdier og autencitet. Adgangskrav: Du er kvinde, du er kommet ud af forholdet nu og du er over 18 år. I forløbet mødes vi online i 2 timer hver uge. Du får adgang til en hemmelig facebook-gruppe, kun for os. Du får også optagelser af mine oplæg efterfølgende. Hver session indeholder praktiske hjemmeøvelser til mellem hver gang. Det er altså psykoterapi, i fællesskab med andre der har stået i en lignende situation, ikke dømmer dig og kan genkende dig. This is a public episode.
