Ep 25: How to Stop People Pleasing with Helen Snape

Today’s conversation is with the wonderful Helen Snape, a Healthy Relationships Coach who helps ‘good girls’ grow their guilt-free ‘No’ and find fulfilling relationships by building boundaries, confidence and effective communication skills. Helen has been coaching for over 10 years now and is qualified in mindfulness, body-oriented coaching and coaching with trauma as well as having a degree in psychology.   There were so many ways I could have taken our chat, but I chose the over-arching topic of people-pleasing for us to break down and share with you – I don’t doubt you’ll find it as fascinating as I did. As well as learning about the effects of and potential reasons behind people pleasing, I made sure to ask Helen for some easy tips for any of you who recognise this trait and might like to begin alleviating it from your lives, whether personal or professional – Helen’s tips will help all round!   Connect with Jo: Email me to book a 1:1 Discovery call: [email protected] If you are interested in support to grow your business and confidence, learn more here: https://howdoesshedoit.life/group-and-one-to-one/ Join us at one of my upcoming virtual networking events: https://howdoesshedoit.life/networking/   Connect with me on my website How DOES She Do it?!: https://howdoesshedoit.life/   Follow me on Instagram to continue the conversation and get updates about the podcast: https://www.instagram.com/howdoesshedoitlife/ Join my free Facebook community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/howdoesshedoitlife/     Connect with Helen: Free download of 'Building Healthy Boundaries - an over-giver's guide on when to say Yes and how to say No in relationships': https://www.helensnape.com/free   Follow Helen on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/helen.snape/
