Hidden Rodin

In this episode of Hidden Paris, my guest and friend Clara (@clara.siverson) came on to discuss the history of and analyse one of her favourite artworks that you can see for free! It is called Rodin's Monument to Balzac and is located at 136 Boulevard Raspail, in the 6th arrondissement. Clara has a degree in Art History from the Sorbonne. She has also just recently created an English language school called @zucchiniunderground. If you have any questions, contact her at [email protected]. For more tips on places to visit in and around Paris, follow me on Instagram: @hiddenparispodcast.

Om Podcasten

Hidden Paris is a podcast for all lovers and residents of Paris, hosted by British/American expat (reared in Ireland, Italy and the US!) Mariamne Everett. I take you with me on my journey as I discover the hidden and off the beaten track places and aspects of the City of Love. Each episode focuses on the history and background of the place, mixed in with healthy doses of fun conversation. You will also have the opportunity to “meet” people on my broadcast, as the listeners introduce themselves and talk about what brought them to Paris.
