In an address to a joint Congress in Washington, D.C. Wednesday night, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine would never surrender to Russia and asked for continued support and funding from the U.S. Former Ukraine ambassador and vice president of the U.S. Institute for Peace William Taylor joins us.
