French filmmaker Jean-Luc Godard dies; States try to eliminate hepatitis C

Acclaimed filmmaker Jean-Luc Godard died Tuesday at 91. Godard is known to have revolutionized French cinema in the 1960s. We learn more about him with Paris-based film critic Lisa Nesselson.
