Civil rights lawyer Nora Benavidez joins us to discuss a growing number of states where lawmakers are passing or proposing laws to criminalize protest activity. And, climate activists have asked the incoming Biden administration not to hire anyone with ties to the oil and gas industries. Already they've been disappointed by his hiring of Rep.
