019. Another Day is Not Promised

One second you're in the car, driving on your way to work, listening to a new song - and the next second, there's an airbag smoking in your face, your ears are ringing, and you think to yourself "Did I just die?" This episode is all about my (very) recent car accident, which happened May 22 2021. I go through the details of what transpired, what the aftermath has been like, and the reflect on the revelations that have been coming up for me ever since. The recurring theme of this episode is how often we take life for granted. My hope for you in listening to or watching this episode is that you tap into the gratitude in your heart for the life you've been given, and that you can begin to embody the energy of your mortality and live like you're dying - because we all have an expiration date. Why do we act as if another day is promised? I feel so blessed to still be here, able to share this episode and message with all of you.
