Geektown Radio 388: The Flash, The Ark, Black Mirror, Satisfactory Reviews TV News & UK Air Dates!

We are back with another episode of the Geektown Radio podcast I'm joined by Matt from Entertainment Talk to discuss all the latest UK TV news, films, and UK TV air dates, plus gaming, and lots of other geeky stuff! It turns out, this is one of those rare occasions when both Matt and I have actually been watching a lot of the same TV shows, so we kick things off by discussing Apple TV+ series 'Silo', followed by 'Poker Face' which is running on Sky/NOW in the UK. We then move to some chat about 'How I Met Your Father', before we get to the one thing I haven't seen yet... 'The Flash' movie, which came out last week, so Matt gives his thoughts on that. From there, we move to 'The Flash' TV show, which ended this week... and we both have opinions on that... Meanwhile, I also discuss 'Outlander' which is back for Season 7 on Lionsgate+, along with 'Black Mirror' which returns for Season 6 on Netflix. I then review the new Sky Sci-fi series 'The Ark', which finally dropped in the UK this week, and on the gaming front, 'Satisfactory', which released the shiny new Update 8.In the news section, we run through all the renewals, cancellations and pick-ups, which includes both NBC and The CW axing some shows, along with Channel 4 also cancelling a BAFTA-winning series. We then run through some of the announcements from the Netflix Tudum Global Fan Event, and give you a huge stack of advanced UK TV air dates for upcoming series.Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/geektown.
