Most of us are likely familiar with the concept of lab-grown meat. Well, startup Shiok Meats wants to put lab-grown seafood onto our dinner plates. The company says it's close to getting regulatory approval to sell their product in Singapore with the aim of entering restaurants in the middle of next year.
