Despite Russia's claims it's drastically reducing its assault on Ukraine, both the Pentagon and Ukraine officials say the've seen no evidence of that yet. Air raid sirens rang out in the night in Kyiv and Chernihiv as the sounds of artillery rocket fire continued.
