Full-time journalist and part-time mushroom hunter Alan Ruiz Terol heads into the woods with his guide Aniol on a quest to find the tastiest, most unusually-named mushrooms in Catalonia. Forager Brian Russell reveals why, unlike most, he's happy to let people know his favorite mushroom picking spots.
